Clint Sharples is the Chief Executive Officer of Paramount Pallet Inc. Clint served as President and CEO of Paramount from June 2005 - January 2008.
Prior to purchasing Paramount Pallet Inc. from IFCO Systems, Mr. Sharples served as President for IFCO Systems Canada since January 2002. Before becoming President, Mr. Sharples served as Vice President in various departments beginning in 1995. Prior to working at IFCO Systems, Mr. Sharples worked in various roles in finance in the Transportation Industry.
In addition to his role as CEO of Paramount Pallet Inc. Mr. Sharples is a partner and co-founder of a private investment company. He sits on various boards including the Canadian Pallet Council, Thermal Energy International Inc., Journey Unlimited Omni, Modu-Loc Fence Rentals and CBM Asia Development Corp.
Jim Mitrakos is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Paramount Pallet, Inc. Prior to this role, Jim served as the Chief Financial Officer of Paramount from June 2005 - January 2008.
Prior to the purchase of Paramount Pallet Inc., Mr. Mitrakos served as the Vice-President of Finance and Administration for IFCO Systems Canada since 2002. From 1997 through 2002 Jim worked as a senior/manager for Arthur Andersen LLP, Chartered Accountants and was the recipient of the President's Gold Medal Award. Mr. Mitrakos has been a Chartered Accountant since 2000.
Jim graduated from the University of Toronto in 1997 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. In addition to his role as President and COO, Mr. Mitrakos is a partner of a private venture capital company, and recently sat as a Director of Infinity Alliance Ventures Inc., a capital pool company that traded on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Randy Leclair is the Vice-President for the Western Region of Paramount Pallet Inc. and served in this role with IFCO Canada for two years.
Prior to becoming a Vice President Mr. Leclair held various positions in the sales department including Manager of Sales (Western Canada) for two years. Before joining IFCO Systems, Mr. Leclair owned his own pallet recycling company in Calgary for 5 years.
Francois Lachance is the Vice-President of the Eastern Region for Paramount Pallet Inc.
Prior to the purchase of Paramount Pallet Inc. from IFCO Systems, he served as the Vice-President of Quebec-Maritimes with IFCO Systems for four years. Before joining IFCO Systems Mr. Lachance was the owner of Ecolo Pallets Inc. from 1991 through 2001 which was then purchased by IFCO Systems.
Mr. Lachance was also the owner of Ateliers Lachance Inc. from 1979 through 1991. Prior to his career in the pallet industry Mr. Lachance served his country in Sec V, Canadian Armed Forces.
Mark Sura is the Vice-President of Sales for Paramount Pallet Inc.
Prior to becoming a Vice President, Mr. Sura served in various management positions in the sales department. With over 12 years in the pallet industry Mr. Sura represents Paramount Pallet Inc. on the Quality Committee with the Canadian Pallet Council and the Steering Committee with Canadian Wood Pallet and Container Association for the "Work Safe" program. Prior to beginning his pallet industry career, Mr. Sura worked in sales in the publishing industry with Maclean Hunter.
Christopher Muc is the Vice-President of Finance and Administration for Paramount Pallet, Inc. Christopher has been involved in the pallet industry since 2006 and a Chartered Accountant since 2003.
Prior to joining Paramount Pallet Inc., Christopher was a Manager in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Deloitte LLP, Chartered Accountants.
Joel Dumaresq is currently serving as Chairman for the Paramount Pallet Inc. Board of Directors. He is the co-founder and managing partner of Matrix Partners Inc. with Keith Ebert.
Matrix Partners Inc. is a Vancouver-based private-equity and merchant banking group. Mr. Dumaresq has been working with Greenwater Forest Products, which specializes in forestry and wood products since 1995.
Prior to joining with Greenwater Forest Products he worked in financial services and investment banking for RBC Dominion Securities from 1985 to 1995. Mr. Dumaresq received a bachelor degree from the University of British Columbia in Economics and Psychology.

Dave Dumaresq is serving as a member on the Board of Directors for Paramount Pallet Inc. Mr. Dumaresq has served as chairman of Dumaresq Enterprises Inc. for the past 35 years.
He originally took over as President of Owikeeno Forest Products from his father in 1964. Mr. Dumaresq methodically grew the company from a coastal contract logging company to an integrated forest products company with operations spread from Delta, B.C. to Prince George. During his stewardship, the family business grew and by the early 1990's reached $20-$25 million annually. Throughout that period the company remained consistently profitable.
Mr. Dumaresq remains a shareholder and director with Greenwater Forest Products Ltd, the successor of Owikeeno and is a strong sounding board on forest policy and operational issues for management.
Mr. Dumaresq graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He has been married for 50 years, has four grown children and is active in a number of private sector boards and charitable organizations.
Fraser Campbell is serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Paramount Pallet Inc. Mr. Campbell was President of the Canadian Division of IFCO Systems (and its predecessors) from 1991 to 2000.
He led the various companies through the numerous changes until leaving the company in early 2000. Mr. Campbell came back for a short time with Clint Sharples in 2002 to help lead a successful turnaround. Mr. Campbell is currently involved as an Executive Vice President and board member with Modu-Loc Fence Rentals, and is a partner in a private investment company. He obtained his degree from McGill in 1982.
